For many people, a digital aerial and a Proxee will provide all the programming you want - the major networks, web contents and premium movies through sources like Netflix.

You may need or want basic cable if you like to watch:

• Live news and other local TV programming and digital aerial doesn't work well where you live OR

• Content that is only available on basic cable and cannot be accessed on the web(e.g., live, streaming CNN news or ESPN sporting events).
