Proxee® can also be a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) using one of two optional DVR tuners:

• Basic: With this optional upgrade you can use your Proxee® to watch and record basic cable. This DVR tuner allows you to record/watch two basic cable channels at the same time.  This tuner will not allow you to record or watch premium cable channels (typically channels above 100 like HBO or Showtime). 

• Advanced: Install this DVR tuner in your Proxee® and you can completely replace your digital cable box. Four high-definition tuners allow you to record/watch up to four channels (including premium channels) at once. To see if this option is right for you we recommend you click on the "Proxee® for Me" button and select "Do You Need Cable."  Note: This tuner is on back-order.  If you want this option, delivery of your Proxee will be delayed until we receive the part.
